How long does it take to get my purchase?

If your item is in stock, we will send it via USPS within 48 hours.  If your item is not in stock, it is being hand-stitched so that could take up to 8 weeks.  Shoot us an email and we can give you a better idea of when you can expect your purchase.

Where are your products made?

Each product is American-designed and hand-stitched & crafted in the Huli district of Xiamen, China.  We are a small business that offers custom designs, so there is no mass production going on here.  Many hours are spent on each product, so that it meets the high standards we set.  We believe our products are heirloom quality, lasting for many years to come.

What if I have my own design for a belt or other needlepoint accessory?

How do I figure out my belt size?

First, take a peek at our belt sizing chart.  Just to be safe, we recommend you add 3 inches to the pant waist size...this allows for some extra room especially around any big holiday meals!

What if my belt doesn't fit?

This could happen.  Maybe you measured wrong or you loved one stretched the truth on how small their waist size is...just send us an email and we will talk you through the exchange. (Please note: we cannot accept belts that have not been worn or damaged.)
